tonight at cell, we sang As The Deer
OMG
and i was staring at my yamaha classical
the very very first guitar, a 2nd hand
which i bought from a friend of a friend in sec 2
and i thought to myself
that was probably one of the first few worship songs i learnt to play
EIGHT EONS AGO
heh.
many might not know
it really was That long ago that i started learning to play the guitar
back at amkmc
and i still keep those old school praise and worship chord books.
from jiaying, nelson, sherilyn
and they were friends who encouraged me
to live a life in pursuit of daily worship
the thought of it all is that i was reminded
to never ever ever ever lose my first love
the childlike faith I had
the soul that cries out while playing the simplest songs
and with the simplest chords - ♥
