:)
Long day.
Nevertheless fun.
First agenda of the day was marketing at ntuc... mwahaha.
Then yummy breakfast at bk.
Back at my place...
Shu-jo springroll was in production.
Dicing and slicing seems like forever especially when both of us were not reallllly domesticated (at all..).
We were then ready for the cooking show with all the ingredients laid perfectly in line.
LOL.
Trial test 1... Failed. Burnt were the spring rolls.
Trial test 2... After further improvements on the seasoning and more cautious during frying process... ... ... affirmative nod was given by my mom... amen!
SHU-JO spring rolls were FINALLY ready to be created.
It shall take singapore by storm (guess that explained why it rained today).
Despite our poor workmanship, our dedication and motivation kept us going right through the last spring roll.
MWAHAHA... and we left the maid to do the frying!
The fried spring rolls went through a formal Quality Inspection... every spring roll was scrutinized from end to end; outcasting the burst, the burnt, and the ugly; making sure we'll only serve the best.

SHU-JO spring rolls has made its way from Toa Payoh to Chinese Garden, into the mouths of many and touched the hearts of all who appreciates a SHU-JO when they're starved.
