Yesterday.

Hang out at pac with judeee.

She gave me yummy nougats.
Very yummy~.

Oh then went out with Angie and Linah jie (and a brief moment with my sister altogether).
First time the cousins meet up for shopping and dinner.
And it was fun. =)
We should do that like once every month or something.
They treated me to dinner and coffee.
Hee.
We talk quite abit.
About things we hardly could talk about during family gatherings.
Like how Angie jie met her first love whom she eventually married despite the age gap and him being a hokkien (wahahahhaa inside joke).

Then at one point they started talking about church.
My church to be exact.
They asked about city harv and how extravagant the church is and one common topic I've come across whenever people comment about city harv is that our pastors are very well paid.
And I'll never understand why is that an issue.
(One's a traditional methodist, the other a traditional catholic.)
And then I remembered Bro Alvin sharing this story about the eskimo in the big city.
I mean...
The church staff of less than 150 men and women of God worked hard to run and serve a 20,000 strong church.
They deserve to be paid.
No offence to any churches..
Some couldn't even meet their budget to run the church properly.
Pastors (from all denominations) are righteous men of God who are ordained to teach the church, lead the church, it's a huge responsibility if you ask me and I think they deserved to be paid well cuz pastoring a church not just some blue-collar job.
